This notion that we all need to eat breakfast even if we are not hungry is false information

If you are not hungry in the morning, it means that your body is eating your belly fat as fuel. Why stop this?
When someone advice you to eat 5 to 6 meals per day or told you it’s ok to have snacks between meals, this is the wrong advice; sorry.
Eating anything, in general, raises insulin. This is a huge missing piece of puzzle for most of the diet plan.
This means you should have only 3 meals per day. If you can eat 2 meals per day, that would be even better.
By now I believe some of you are nodding your head and may have the answer in your mind
➡️ Intermittent Fasting (IF in short)
By looking on the responses, mmm... It’s good to know most of you are falling in the range.
When you limit your meal frequency in 2 to 3 meals per day with nutrient dense foods, literally you are doing intermittent fasting (IF).
However, did you know snacking between meals is a big mistake during IF?
There are basically 3 protocols of IF
【12:12】
(12 hours fast, 12 hours eating - 3 meals)
【16:8】
(16 hours fast, 8 hours eat - 2 or 3 meals)
【20:4】
(20 hours fast, 4 hours eat - 2 meals)

🚫 NO SNACKING BETWEEN MEALS
Like ketosis, IF is beneficial for insulin resistance and promote fat burning process. Fat burning hormones will start to work during the “fast” hours where there are totally zero intake of foods except water, bullet proof coffees and some zero calories drinks such as lemon juice or green tea

Autophagy — is a condition when your body is recycling old damage protein, clean up all old stuffs and bringing in a new state. Thus IF brings a repair to your body. You don’t get autophagy even you are eating low carbs ketogenic diet but by doing IF you are.

If you snack between meals, you trigger some insulin. The way insulin got messed up in the first place was higher levels of sustained insulin being triggered over time.

Always start slow.
It is advice to always do it according to your body ability and not over stressed yourselves.
Start with【12:12】, 12hours of fasting;
before you go for【16:8】, which fast for 16 hours.
【12:12】means you eat your last meal at 8pm today and break your fast at 8am the next morning.
Secret to keep satiated during fasting is to include quality nutrient dense whole foods in every meal. Your body then will keep you from snacking cause it helps to suppress your appetite as your brain will send message to the brain that you are still fine as you have got sufficient of nutrients from the whole food consumed.
However, in the beginning it is normal if you face unable to do well between meals due to too great a hunger indicates you are only burning sugar; you are not burning fat. If you crave sugar, you are not burning fat.
This all comes from insulin resistance.
