I believe many of you wants to know why I jumped into the keto bandwagon?

Since my dad passed away in year 2018 due to consequences of family history type 1 diabetes which involves an inherited susceptibility, I realized how important it is to have the right diet. 
I regret I didn’t start keto earlier, which I could educate my dad and mom over sugar replacement from our meal to control the insulin effectively.
