How to Overcome Insulin Resistance?

Insulin serves as a key to allow sugar intake into cells. 🔐


Insulin resistance occurs will cause cell to reject the “key” a.k.a insulin. Too much sugar remains in blood stream causing blood sugar level to increase tremendously, overtime of insulin resistance which might increase the risk of in Type 2 diabetes ⬆️

Tips to reduce insulin resistance and facilitate intermittent fasting 💡


▪️Avoid sugar and keep it at zero

▪️Avoid eating protein & sugar together (e.g. fast food+coke)

▪️Avoid excess protein

▪️Add more fat but not in excessive

▪️No snacking

▪️Take apple cider vinegar with water

▪️Exercise but not overtrain

▪️Replenish more potassium (e.g. avocado, leafy greens)

▪️Take nutritional yeast for vitamin B

▪️Get enough of sleep

▪️Distress regularly

▪️Avoid food with MSG
