Coconut water is very low in carbs. 100 ml of coconut water only contains 3.6 g of carbs versus 22 g of carbs for the same amount of orange juice or 7 g for apple juice. (When counting net carbohydrates on keto, subtract fiber from total carbohydrate since it does not contain any digestible food value.)
