Recipe - Seafood Salsa Avocado Salad

Seafood Salsa Avocado Salad, 4 Steps Easy-To-Go Recipe


3handful Coral lettuce

4nos Prawn

50g Scallop

Half Avocado

3tbsp Pico De Gallo salsa as dressing

A pinch Himalaya salt

Black pepper - to taste

A few pinch Mozzarella (shredded)


Method:

1. Boil water with Himalaya salt, add in prawn and scallop for about 2 minutes.

2. Wash and slightly cut the coral lettuce and avocado.

3. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper and toss everything well in a bowl with some salsa as dressing.

4. Lastly, top with some shredded mozzarella.


Serve!
