Calling for Savoury Pancake~
(Psst... It’s keto-friendly by the way)
Who says pancake must taste sweet and made with flour?
Here’s a recipe to share with you guys. It is simple to make and some people will start to question, I’m not on keto should I try this out?
Why not? Just treat this as a low carbs brunch, plus the outcome will definitely surprise your taste buds!
🥞Savoury Pancake Recipe
(For 5 pieces servings)
Ingredients
Part 1:
85g Belly meat (minced, meat of your choice)
30g Yellow onion (diced)
20g Salted butter
Part 2:
55g Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1nos Egg (medium)
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Oregano (dried)
1/4 tsp Himalaya salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
Method
1. Heat up pan and add in butter.
2. Stir fry diced onion to slightly turned brown, then add minced meat of your choice.
3. Stir fry the onion and minced meat mixture until cooked, then removed from heat and set aside.
4. In a bowl, mix mozzarella cheese, egg and all dry seasonings.
5. Add in the cooked meat and onion into this mixture and mix all over
6. Heat up the pan with again and scoop the mixture into the pan to pan fried as pieces of round pancake shape.
(Tips: Use non stick pan to avoid the mess)
