Recipe - Portobello Mushroom Stuffed with Minced Meat

Too pretty not to share! Yum!


Have this as your Sunday dinner and it shall be no Monday blue tomorrow





It is so easy to make and no complicated recipe is needed!


Just plug off the portobello mushroom stems

➡️Drizzle with some melted unsalted butter

➡️Sprinkle with salt and pepper

➡️Bake for 15 minutes.

➡️Remove baked mushroom out of oven

➡️Stuff the pre-shaped minced meat ball that seasoned with garlic powder, salt, pepper and some diced yellow onion

➡️Return to oven to bake for another 20 mins

⏹ Plate and serve!
