Craving for ice cream during keto but feel so hard to make? We got this, the simplest recipe to get your keto ice cream ready!
The Recipe
50g Raw cashew nuts (soaked)
20g Virgin coconut oil
25g Filtered water
12g Erythritol
10g Unsweetened dark chocolate bar (melted)
1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
Some Himalaya salt
Method
1. Soak raw cashew nuts overnight, drained the next morning and blend with virgin coconut oil, water and some Himalaya salt.
2. Melt the chocolate bar and fold in to the cashew coconut oil blended mixture.
3. Mix in erythritol and vanilla essence.
4. Transfer the mixture into a container and topped with your favourite toppings, ready to freeze
5. Freeze for 2 hours and voila!ake your own keto ice cream
