Ingredients
1 pkt frozen organic acai puree, (slightly thawed under warm water)
1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
12g erythritol
For topping
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup fresh strawberries
1 tsp chia seeds
2 tsp almond butter
As easy as blend all of the listed ingredients and topped with your favourite berries, seeds and nuts butter!
